To start off the month of October, SAB will be sponsoring a campus-wide game of Tag. GOTCHA!!! No, we're serious. There will be a meeting on October 1st in the Rock Room. For only $2, you can get your very own Gotcha! t-shirt and participate in the game. The first place winner will receive $200 and the second place winner will receive $100. Next, J. CHRIS NEWBERG will entertain us at the first Coffeehouse event of the year on Tuesday, October 10th at 9pm. The next big event in October will be the KICKBALL LEAGUE on each Saturday of the month starting on the 7th. Games will run at 5:00, 6:00, and 7:00pm. Start thinking about your teams, information on signing up will be sent out at a later date.

The next event in October is SAB's SECOND SATURDAY on the 14th, a late-night alcohol-free event with karaoke and free food! On the 23rd of October we will have another MIDNIGHT MOVIE MADNESS event in the Fishbowl.

To finish up the month, we will have our annual FALL CONCERT on October 26th. This year, the concert will be featuring Jason DeShaw as the opening act and country sensations Little Big Town. You may known them from their hits "Boondocks" and "Bring it on Home." Student Senate will sponsor a BBQ earlier during the day on the 26th. The first 500 people can partake in the BBQ picnic! The concert is free for all full-time undergraduate students. Tickets for Graduate and Part-Time Undergraduate Students pay be purchased at a price of $15.00 which includes a ticket to the BBQ and the concert. Students may also bring one guest at the same price of $15.00.
