The Jesuits here at Rockhurst play an important role in our university. They serve as an important faction to the pillars for which Rockhurst stands. In this corner of The Sentinel, we seek to better introduce these men of God to you, one by one, that is….if you can NAME THAT JESUIT!

•This Jesuit has an appetite for Italian. He especially enjoys Vermiciellli Marinara. Afterwards, he may decide to sit down to a good book, perhaps Melville's "Moby Dick."

•This Jesuit is something of a Rockhurst staple. His 37 years of teaching have proven his four degrees from Saint Louis University as well worth the time and dedication they took to earn.

•Like last edition's Jesuit, this Jesuit also enjoys his walks. After reading Faulkner's "Light in August," he himself may decide to take a stroll through Yoknapatawpha County, per chance running into Joe Christmas while heading to console the Rev. Gail Hightower.

•The Oscars did not leave this Jesuit all too pleased, as the Academy denied Viggo Mortensen his first Oscar in "Eastern Promises," a recent favorite with this Saint Louis native. He also believes Mortensen was robbed for his superb acting in "G.I. Jane."

Have you figured out who it is? Check your answer on Page 8 to see if you were right, then stop by and say hello to this esteemed Jesuit.
