When did you start playing basketball?
My whole family plays basketball. I have three older brothers who all played college ball, and we all won state championships, so I started early.
I remember getting a Little Tykes hoop for my fourth birthday, and I would play on it all day outside and inside in the winter. My first YMCA team was in second grade, but I was too young so I had to play on the fourth grade team for my school.
What is your role on the team? How has it changed from your days in high school?
My role is to rebound, hit the open three and set good screens. In a way my role on my high school team was the same as my role here. I do mostly the same things. The only difference is that I get to play on the wing at Rockhurst while in high school I was mainly a post player because of my height.
What team in the GLVC do you most like to play?
I like playing Drury because they seem to be our biggest rival.
What is the team you least like to play?
I don't like playing Wisconsin Parkside, namely because of the 12-hour bus trip it takes to get there. Pure misery.
Aside from basketball, do you have any other hobbies?
I like playing ping-pong and doing crossword puzzles. I also used to play a mean harmonica.
What is your favorite food?
My favorite food would have to be my mom's homemade pizza; however, I've never been one to turn down a good cinnamon roll, either.
